Happy Birthday! I also turned 60 this year, and am still processing. It's a weird one for sure, mostly because of all the cultural bias around aging (at least for me). And reaching 60 also has kept me even more motivated and inspired to stay on track with all the good lifestyle habits I've formed over the past decade. Feeling fitter, stronger, and more energetic than I think I have at any point in my life (and being lucky to have good friends) has really helped take the sting out of 60. I wishthe same for you!
