Your vacation sounds wonderful! So does the produce and homemade products provided by the farmer's wife. I'm envious, as we are stuck here in the frozen cold of winter.

Thank you for all the information on whole grains. I am surprised at the number of studies that have been done. There seems to be little publicity or reporting by the news media to share the results of these studies. Thanks for keeping us informed!

Hi Michele! Yes the food here is good although very focused on meat and dairy. I'm only here for a short time and will be back to my usual eating--and the subzero temps--soon! The whole grain story has really been hijacked by popular media, nutrition gurus, and doctors who write books about their health theories without science to support them (Gundry comes to mind!). I feel like the whole gluten free craze (in those who don't need to avoid it for health reasons) and its claims incited a lot of food fear. Meanwhile, researchers have diligenlty plugging away at these decades-long studies that tell us the real story.

Is there a support team I can contact? I’m being charged $7 for something and I don’t even know what it is?

Hi Cherie! I see that you purchased a monthly subscription in December. If you would like to cancel that, it is easy to do. This link walks you through it:
