What about just taking a krill supplement? Studies always take too long, and I feel like we already know what they're going to say. There is no way microplastics can be good for us.

There's a strong argument for taking a fish or algae oil supplement for brain health, but depending on the product they may still contain microplastics. I recommend taking a high-quality product from a company that's 3rd party tested in addition to eating fish. I agree that these MPs aren't good for us, but it will be important to determine how bad they actually are.
