Hi Annie. Is the Cookbook Club still going? My cookbook should be arriving soon. Also, any plans for a cooking class/workshop/retreat in the US something this winter?

Hi Denise! I can't wait for you to dive into the book. The cookbook club was going on most of 2023 and lost a bit of steam when I got busy in the summer. The menus are still up though if you want to cook seasonally from the book. My travel schedule for 2024 is all outside the U.S. except that I will be teaching in NY and RI sometime this fall. Dates still TBD. Will keep everyone up to date here on the newsletter.

Thanks so much for responding so quickly and I'm going to make these tomorrow. I love all the subs for dairy and salty condiments. So glad you put out this book for those of us who cook and strive to do healthy. I found this book at the library and am buying it for myself now that I see how much I will be using it. I'd been wondering if someone had found a use for the nut milk dredges. Yahoo. Linda

I love this book. I have run into a snag on page 136 where Cauliflower Tacos are made with a Ceamy Red Pepper Sauce but there is no listing there of how to make the red pepper sauce. Can anyone get me that part of the missing recipe?
